Text us at 909-283-2771 to schedule your pickup. Let us know your address, preferred day and time window, bag size, and any detergent preferences or add-ons. We’ll send you a secure payment link to confirm your booking. Once payment is received your pickup is confirmed and you’re all set.

Step 2: Set Your Laundry Out

On your pickup day simply place your laundry bag outside your door during your scheduled window. No need to be home, just make sure your bag is accessible and we’ll take it from there. We’ll send you a text when we’ve picked it up so you always know it’s in good hands.

Step 3: We Handle Everything

Your laundry is washed, dried, and neatly folded in its own dedicated cycle, never mixed with anyone else’s clothes. Any add-ons you requested such as ironing, steaming, scent boosters, or specialty detergent are taken care of exactly as specified. Every item is handled with care from start to finish.

Step 4: Fresh Clean Laundry Delivered to You

Within 24-48 hours your clean, neatly folded laundry is delivered back to your door. We’ll text you before we arrive to confirm your delivery window. No need to be home, just let us know a safe drop spot and we’ll leave everything fresh, clean, and organized exactly where you need it.

We accept pickups Monday through Saturday. Orders are typically returned within 24-48 hours of pickup.

Please note that we do not deliver on Sundays. Orders picked up on Saturday will be delivered the following Monday, your first business day. We’ll confirm your exact delivery window by text so you always know when to expect your fresh clean laundry.

Pickup windows are available in the following time slots:

To make the pickup process as smooth as possible please follow these simple guidelines:

Place your dirty laundry in a standard 13-gallon trash bag, the kind you’d find at any grocery or dollar store. Tie or seal the bag securely before your pickup window. This keeps everything contained, makes transport clean and hygienic, and ensures your order stays organized from the moment we pick it up.

Please note that we do not accept laundry in hampers, laundry baskets, bins, or any other containers. Trash bags only. This policy ensures a smooth, contactless, and hygienic pickup experience for everyone.

A few additional preparation tips:

• Check all pockets before bagging, we are not responsible for items left in pockets including cash, cards, or personal belongings

• Separate your bag sizes if placing multiple orders, one bag per service type

• If you’re adding comforters or bedding please bag them separately from your regular clothing order

• Make sure your bag is sealed and ready before your pickup window begins

Not sure how many bags you need? A standard 13-gallon trash bag holds approximately 10-15 lbs of laundry, roughly one week of clothing for one person. Two bags typically covers a small family’s weekly laundry.

You choose your pickup window at the time of booking. We offer morning, afternoon, and evening pickup slots to fit your schedule. Once booked, you’ll receive a confirmation with your exact pickup window. We’ll send you a reminder text before we arrive so you’re never caught off guard. Same-week appointments are typically available.

Absolutely not. Every order is washed completely separately in its own dedicated cycle. Your clothes never come into contact with another customer’s laundry at any point in the process. Each bag is individually tagged, tracked, and processed exclusively from the moment we pick it up until we deliver it back to your door. Your clothes are always yours and only yours.

We treat every garment with the utmost care. In the rare event of an issue, we ask that you notify us within 24 hours of delivery. We do not accept responsibility for pre-existing damage, items left in pockets, or garments that are dry clean only or hand wash only. We strongly recommend noting any concerns at pickup.

For the safety of your garments, we do not accept dry-clean-only items, hand-wash-only delicates, heavily soiled items, items soiled with hazardous materials, or items requiring special restoration. If you’re unsure about a specific item, feel free to text us before booking.

We use high-quality standard detergent by default. At booking, you can select from several options, including fragrance-free, plant-based, eco-friendly, hypoallergenic, Dreft baby detergent, or standard scented. Just choose your preference when scheduling, and we’ll handle the rest.

Yes, our minimum order is 12 lbs, which comes to $21 at our standard rate of $1.75 per pound. Most customers find their weekly laundry easily meets or exceeds this amount.
